ACOPES AI stores account details, connected-store details, generated workspace output, and draft-review records only to operate the ACOPES AI Commerce Operating System.

When you connect Etsy, ACOPES requests the configured Etsy OAuth permissions. The current default configuration requests listings_r, listings_w, and shops_r so it can read shop and listing context and, only after your explicit approval, create an Etsy draft listing. ACOPES does not automatically publish, update, or delete Etsy listings.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are handled server-side, stored encrypted, and are never displayed in the dashboard. ACOPES uses Ideogram, Google (Gemini API), Runway, and remove.bg to generate requested creative output; Resend to send account emails; and Polar to process plan billing. Each provider receives only the data needed for that service.
